1. Scope of Application
These terms apply to all purchases made through the domain evaluation and acquisition platform operated by Guba ETS.

2. Service Description
Our service generates potential domain names based on specific criteria and then checks the availability of these domains. Once availability is confirmed, we evaluate their market value using trusted third-party tools such as GoDaddy and Afternic. The valuation is based on recent market trends, comparable sales data, and domain popularity. This allows us to provide you with an estimated price for each domain.

3. Domain Valuation Detection with GoDaddy & Afternic
We use GoDaddy and Afternic’s trusted domain valuation tools to provide you with accurate price estimates for domains. Our system identifies domains priced from €1500 upwards that are available for purchase. These valuations are based on recent market trends and comparable sales data.

In our free version, you can test up to 3 domains, but only those with a valuation between €1500 and €2000. After this limit is reached, further domain requests will require a paid service. Please note that each domain can only be claimed once, and once you've selected your domain, you will receive a detailed analysis based on the current market valuation.

4. Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal
As per Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately and not provided on a tangible medium. Therefore, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed once the service has been activated.

5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is clearly displayed before purchase. Payment must be completed in full before the service is delivered. Once a domain has been evaluated and purchased, it is considered final and non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability
Guba ETS makes every effort to ensure accurate valuations, but we cannot guarantee the future market value or availability of a domain. The customer is responsible for all purchasing decisions based on the provided information.
